James Ranger is a pastor, musician, songwriter, and author. As the lead pastor since 1988, he has helped grow New Life Church into a multi-site church with a ministry focused on life restoration and reaching people with the life-transforming message of Jesus.

Our names are Pastor Bart and Lori Hight, and we are happy you’re here! We are the pastors here at Northwest. We welcome you to this campus and want to let you know that you are welcome here.
Our mission across all New Life Campuses is the same: to Know God, Be Restored, Uncover Purpose, and Live Sent, and we want to help as you discover your uniqueness in all four of those areas. We believe that Holy Spirit endows each of His children with gifts. You will also learn more about the heart of New Life Church and how passionately we feel about restoration, community, and that souls matter.
Your next step is Baptism! At New Life, we believe that water baptism is an outward sign showing the inward change that you just made when you said YES to Jesus! And we want to come alongside of you, answer any questions you have, and guide you through this powerful and emotional service that’s a personal expression of the decision you made.
